Our Level 1 & 2 Science students had a really great start to the year with Science Trips taking their learning outside of the classroom.
The Level 1 students had a fun time visiting Rotokare Scenic Reserve to collect data and measure the health of our native forests, and our Level 2 students walked from school to the East End rock pools and back, to measure foreshore ecology as part of their Investigate a Biological Pattern assessment.
The weather was on our side and a wonderful time was had by all.
