NPGHS were proud to host the Model UN event - NgāmotuMUN in our school library.

We were joined at the event by students from the Green School and Spotswood College.  The event gives students the opportunity to act as delegates for their assigned countries.  Students practise their skills in negotiating and debating, and come up with solutions to international crisis scenarios. Our students had a fantastic time engaging with students from other schools and working through scenarios with them.

This was the first Model UN event in several years, and it will hopefully be back with even more schools and students involved next year.
