On the 1 st August, NPGHS held the annual Year 13 Ball at the Plymouth Hotel. The Ball committee did an amazing job and it was a wonderful night. The decorations were incredible as guests arrived and walked through the main entrance of the Hotel. Dinner was served and then it was into the Ballroom for dancing. The year 12’s on the committee were incredible and the 2010 Year 13’s have something special to look forward to.

From the start of 2009, the Ball committee met once a week. All participated in all decisions throughout the year. The theme of the ball was decided upon early in the year and it was kept secret until the tickets were given out on the Friday before the ball. ‘Spanish nights’ was a great theme and the decorations reflected this theme.

Thanks to Mrs Bond, Mr Pugh, the Year 13 Deans (Mrs Lapwood and Mrs Bennett), Mrs Ellis as well as the Plymouth Hotel Management and staff.
